Refund policy

At Tenacious Empathy, we want you to feel good about every purchase — because it’s more than just merchandise, it’s a movement. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.

returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Custom or limited-edition items may not be eligible for return. 

refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund. 

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. 

shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
